FAQ

Before the doors open.

Strong event coverage begins with understanding the schedule, key people, priority moments, and how the final media needs to work after the day is over.

Talk to Us
Can FounderScape provide both photography and video?

Yes. Coverage can combine professional photography, video, interviews, highlight editing, social clips, and written recap content. The final scope depends on event size, schedule, locations, and desired outputs.

How early should we book event coverage?

Booking early is recommended, especially for multi-camera coverage, multiple photographers, interviews, complex venues, or large events. Early planning gives us time to coordinate access, schedules, speakers, and the content strategy.

Can you interview speakers and attendees during the event?

Yes. We can plan short guided interviews with organizers, speakers, partners, and attendees. Interview targets, permissions, timing, location, and questions should be coordinated before the event where possible.

Can we receive social clips quickly after the event?

Priority or accelerated delivery can be discussed during scoping. The schedule depends on the number of assets, event duration, editing complexity, caption requirements, and review process.

Do you record full conference sessions?

Full-session or multi-camera recording can be included when planned in advance. It requires different technical preparation from highlight coverage, including audio feeds, camera positions, storage, and venue coordination.

How can the content be used after the event?

Typical uses include event recaps, sponsor reports, future-event promotion, social campaigns, speaker content, community updates, recruitment, websites, newsletters, internal communication, and media outreach.

The day ends. The media keeps working.

Let’s give your event a story that lasts.
